The Lake Constance thermal baths

Lindau thermal spa
Opened in spring 2021, Therme Lindau on Lake Constance offers a unique premium wellness world and oasis of relaxation on over 13,000 square meters.
With six indoor and six outdoor saunas, the thermal spa has the largest and most diverse sauna area on Lake Constance. Several indoor and outdoor pools with various water attractions, relaxing bubble elements and temperatures from 33° C to 38° C round off the offer. The facilities also include a sports and family pool with a spacious sunbathing area as well as a fitness and spa area.
From Hotel Maier, you can reach the thermal spa in around 45 minutes by car.
Überlingen thermal baths
There's plenty of fun to be had at the Bodensee-Therme Überlingen: in addition to the outdoor and indoor thermal pools at a pleasant 33° C, there is also a 90-metre-long tire slide and a family-friendly slide. The youngest children can splash around in the special parent-child area.
Inside, you will find three indoor saunas and a steam bath, while three more saunas provide relaxation in the sauna garden.
From Hotel Maier, you can reach the Überlingen thermal spa in around 30 minutes by car.

Constance thermal baths
Therme Konstanz combines a thermal spa, sauna, outdoor pool and wellness facilities in one. Enjoy the 33 °C indoor thermal pool with bubble loungers, the 36 °C hot spring pool and the spacious 400 square meter outdoor thermal pool with current channel.
The 36 °C panorama pool, which offers a magnificent view of Lake Constance, is particularly attractive. Even the youngest guests can experience the healthy waters in the special parent-child area.
The Constance thermal baths can be reached from Hotel Maier in around an hour by car.
Meersburg thermal baths
The Bodensee-Therme in Meersburg offers a spacious indoor and outdoor pool as well as an adventure pool with a current channel and magnificent panorama pool. Younger guests can splash around carefree in the special parent-child area. The comprehensive wellness program is enriched by a diverse sauna area as well as massage and beauty treatments. A highlight are the three pile-dwelling saunas, built according to historical models, which are nestled in the lovingly designed sauna garden with breathtaking views of Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps.
Please note that the thermal baths are currently closed and are being extensively extended and modernized. It is expected to reopen in spring 2025.
The Bodensee-Therme in Meersburg can be reached from Hotel Maier in less than 20 minutes by car; a relaxing bike ride takes around 35 minutes.
Sportbad Friedrichshafen
Enjoy a unique swimming and bathing experience for young and old on over 1,200 square meters in the Friedrichshafen sports pool. In addition to heated swimming pools, the pool offers a variety of water attractions, including a water slide with “Infinity Jump”. The “Häfler sauna area” is located on the upper floor and offers special highlights: The innovative sensory sauna is equipped with loudspeakers as well as fragrance and light effects, while the garden sauna delights with around 90 °C and a breathtaking panoramic view.
The Friedrichshafen sports pool is just a 10-minute drive from Hotel Maier.
