Christmas at the Speiserei
Celebrate the festive Christmas season at the Speiserei im Maier! We will be open for lunch and dinner on December 25 and 26 and invite you to put together your own individual Christmas menu with 3 to 5 courses from our special festive menu.

New Year's Eve at Maier
Celebrate the turn of the year at Speiserei im Maier and enjoy our exclusive 5-course menu under the motto “Journey between the years”. Let us spoil you with our seasonal ingredients that have been preserved throughout the year, from Bavarian sturgeon with rhubarb and ginger to Charantais melon with kiwi berry sorbet.
Exquisite wines, including a red Silvaner from Franconia and a Merlot from Baden, create a festive atmosphere.
